Daisy’s passion for acting began at a young age as a happy accident. She took part in Congleton Gangshow, a variety show put on by the local Guiding and Scouting community. She was given the lead role in a comedy sketch about the Roman Empire and since she was inspired to become an Actor. She joined her local Stagecoach where she began to hone acting, singing and dancing skills for 5 years. She then went onto get a more formal training at University of Salford, where she studied a BA in Theatre and Performance Practice. As her degree was drawing to a close, she got involved in OffCutMCR, which is a competition based showcase for new and emerging Actors, Writers and Directors. Off the back of OffcutMCR she started to venture out into the professional world of acting.

Now that she has begun her journey in the professional acting world, she is currently seeking representation. For now she will continue working as a self represented Actor being involved in and making work that matters. She hopes she can create even just the smallest changes, with her work. She is particularly interested in work that strives to make changes in the world of feminism along with other social issues. Although her heart lies with Theatre, she is also seeking to work in TV, Film and Radio. As a way of moving toward this goal, she has recently been accepted as a National Youth Film Academy (NYFA ) member. She is looking forward to starting their SetReady course in April 2021.

During this time of much uncertainty Daisy has ensured she can create work and audition for work in a Covid safe manner. She constantly working towards improving her home recording and self taping set up as well as perfecting her technique.
